A strange question...

I'm sorry you're in such pain. My limbs seem to be dragging these days. My accupuncture doc says my body is fighting itself and just doesn't know what to do. Interestingly enough, after reviewing my bloodwork from the Osteo doc she had suggested that I need to make sure I am taking 1000mg of B-12 and folate. I am taking a B-Multi, but when I checked the bottle, egads I'm only getting 6 mcg!!!! *punch* I went today and bought some REAL B-12. Will let you know how the numbness and tinglies go. Osteo doc also put me on Milk thistle. If it helps, I really don't mind taking all these supplements, but geesh.

Hang in there Jude, and please do keep in touch my friend. I miss hearing from you.

A strange question...

(((Trish)))) Thanks for the info on the relation of this "things falling asleep syndrome" and some immune systems disorder and how Vitamin B can help.

I am ashamed to admit that I've been stubbornly refusing to take supplements... and never even thought that having legs, arms and shoulder blades falling asleep wasn't normal I'll look into how taking B-Complex supplements could help with my problems. Who knows, might even help with the knees and hip that have been bothering me so much

(((Jude))))) I'm so sorry you're in so much pain, mon amie. I'm telling you, one of these days, we'll find that majic wand that will get all of us off this road
