Need to calm down...

My surgery is not for 3 weeks, and I am stressing so much tonight. I decided this weekend we were going to have fun and I was not going to stress about the cleaning... we were busy all day yesterday and today we went to the arts festival downtown and out to dinner with friends.... now tonight I am feeling the effects. I have been running around the house like a CRAZY person, picking up, vacuming, yelling at the kids to put their clothes away... I usually dont worry so much about it... I just wanted to have some fun... now I will be up late scrambling to get things done.... I cant calm myself down....

Janne- You sound like your having normal anxiety. The waiting is the hardest part, it leaves your mind to think up too many different scenarios. Thankfully I only waited 6 days after I met with my doc for my surgery which was June 1.

Try to settle yourself, breathe and relax. It will be here before you know it and you will be feeling fabulous.
