Pet scan same as two months ago...

Hi all,

Just got back from onc and the pet scan showed no increased activity, it's the same as it was in March! I'm happy about that!!! The spot bleeding I've been having is due to an infection -he put me on antibiotics for that. He also prescribed a natural estrogen -Estrace for the night sweats, hot flashes, etc I'm glad the scan didn't show any increase -so for now I'll keep going on the "wait and see" plan. Next appt in September! Thank you sisters for your thoughts and prayers!

Pet Scan

Hi Maxine,

So glad to hear that your Pet Scan was normal! Great news! I'm having a combo Pet/Cat scan in a few weeks, now that I'm done with my six rounds of chemo. What's the Pet scan like? I've only had Cat scans. My CA125 is now down to 3.75!!
