My SIL just had TAH-BSO for Ovarian Cancer

Hi~

My Hubby got word over the weekend that his SIL went in last Thur. for a TAH-BSO. All I know is the cancer was just found, and the Dr. took it all, last week. She will start tretment for the cancer right away.

Sorry to say I know very little about Ovarian Cancer.
What next for her?
I had my own TAH-BSO last summer... to add cancer treatment on top of that... She will need much care over the summer.

This B and SIL are about 300 m away. Her sister I think is already down with her. To help take care of her. She will have help. She and her sister are very close! Her sister will be a lot of help for them.

I would just like to know more about ovarian cancer... And I know my sisters here would help me learn more...

I do not think she has ever been her. But this came fast.
The last we seen her was about three weeks ago. She did not know yet.

I will tell her about the sisters here, but she will not be up for her computer for some time yet.

I think the Drs moved so fast because she had breast cancer around 15/20 years ago. Had one removed and cemo treatments.
