My doc is a quick man!
(((Girls)))
First, I want to thank each and every one of you for your kind words, wishes, and hugs. I wish I could be with each of you in person and give you all a of my own. My deepest, most sincere appreciation for your support.
Second, my doc never fails to amaze me. Yesterday, as you all know, I received my biopsy results around noon. This morning at 8:00 I had a message from the gyn/onc's office to call and make an appointment. The significance of this is that I know my doc had a full surgery schedule yesterday afternoon, and yet somehow, he kept my situation in mind and contacted the gyn/onc in an extremely timely manner. He is a true gift to me.
So, I have an appointment for next week, Thursday, July 1. That's pretty good, I think. I should be able to keeps the wells of panic from overtaking me until then.
So, I'll be letting you know what happens..........Thanks for being here for me.

My doc is a quick man!
Wow,
That is fast, the faster the better. I know how the cancer head can cause a person to panic. I do hope that they will act fast on those cancer cells and cause their little heads spinning right out of you. LOL
Best of luck with you appointment and that you and your doc get a good plan of attack.
God Bless

I'm Impressed
That's a good doctor to take care of you so well. Now may the gyn/onc visit be a good one and you'll get whatever needs to be done and be back on track to a normal life.

I'm a little late getting to read your original post. But I am glad to see you are heading off to the gyn onc in one week. My hope is that this can be easily remedied for you. My thoughts will certainly be with as you await this appointment.

I am so glad you have just a 1 week wait. We all know that waiting is one of the hardest parts of this cancer stuff. May 1 week fly by quickly and bring you nothing but good news.

(((Jeanine))) So glad your doctor is so on top of things and your appointment already is set up. May your gyn/onc visit come quickly so a plan may be put in action to knock out any bad cells. You will remain in my prayers and thoughts.

My doc is a quick man!
I'm thinking of you! I have a routine for the waiting time: first, I keep as busy as humanly possible (between work and family, it's not hard!). And second, whenever the thought of what could be coming enters my mind, I take a huge breath, release it very slowly, and think of G-d. It sure helps that panic thing, at least for a few minutes at a time .
Big s -- and you know my ers are with you!
