Doing good!

s Lori

Continue that slow and easy healing.
Glad to hear you will be getting a port. I still have mine. And it is over three years old.
We'll be coming with some chemo tips for you soon.

Doing good!

(((Lori)))

I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling stronger every day! I'm sure you are looking forward to getting those staples out, too. How unfortunate that they can't schedule you to get a couple of things done at each visit instead of driving in and out of Indy so many times. Oh, well, at least they are being efficient getting things moving along.

Remember that you are starting over as a new again, so take it easy! Rest, rest, rest! Drink plenty of fluids. Talk to your doctor about the constipation--you'll definitely want to get that under control. Abdominal surgery is tough on a person--those intestines can be a little weird for weeks afterwards sometimes.

Keeping you in my 'ers that your chemo is easy on you but hard on those cancer cells!
