sick to my stomach...Vivelle dot related?

Hi! My doctor put me on Vivelle dot .1mg a little over a week ago. I am on my third patch now....for the past few days, I have been feeling very sick to my stomach. Nothing tastes right when I do eat something(I have very little appetite). My doc said it would take a while for my body to get adjusted to the patch. Could Vivelle be the culprit? And if so......will it go away after my body becomes adjusted to the hormones? Would love some insight on this before I call my doc.

THANKS!
Kel

Other than this little setback, I have had a fabulous recovery! Feeling great and lots of energy!

vivelle dot

I am on the Vivelle Dot, but was on it since the day after surgery.
Do you have the pharmacy print out? If you don't want to call the doc right away, the pharmacist is a good place to get some answers. If you can't find the print out to see what side effects might be there, then the pharmacist might know.

It also might be the menopause symptoms and the Vivelle Dot hasn't kicked in enough yet.

My doc showed me a long list of menopause symptoms at my 4 week post op appt. He wanted to know if I was having any of them as they were menopausal symptoms. He is trying to see if I have the right HRT doses and stuff. I can't remember what was on it, but it was a pretty long list.

I was sick to my stomach and had no appetite the first few weeks after surgery, but it could have been anything-even the patch. I am ok now though. A lot of side effects will go away, but you could check it out. Good luck.
