you ladies won't believe what happened!!

Hi Rochelle!

Gee, we are locked together in IDIOT hell it seems to me. I think finding another doctor is good advice.

Sounds like this woman is really out of it in the head.

I CAN totally believe it after what happened to me yesterday! lol!

Take care Rochelle,

Your painful sex twin here (who now has a cervix once again!).

you ladies won't believe what happened!!

wow I think you ladies are more upset than I am. LOL I guess it was good that I went on an up day rather than a down day. on a down day I probably would have just cried and doomed myself to a life of pain and celibacy.

trust me I won't be going back to her. only reason I went is because the other doc said to keep the appointment just out of curiosity for what she would say.

only reason I ever saw this doc is because she has the reputation for being one of hte best surgeons (mechanically speacking) in this town, but her reputation for her behavior and bedside manner is so bad around here that it is a wonder she has any patience. she delivered my 2nd child and I saw one woman run from her office crying. she's probably the most horrible hurtful woman I've ever met in my life.

I'm not going to bother reporting her, won't do any good. I'm sure she's received complaints before. besides honestly I just don't have the energy to deal with it. I"m still laughing over it and my husband keeps teasing me and asking me if I want him to call her for pain killers. normally this kind of thing would have had me fuming mad (I have a terrible temper) but really I just thought it was so bad it was funny. I'm actually glad she told me not to come back, I dreaded her office and the idea that I might have to continue to see her.

hope is out there ladies, her name is peggy. LOL that's the other docs name. bye bye dr. reddy!!

p.s. thank you all for listening. sometimes only a woman can understand a woman!

Well, I'm glad to hear you aren't sitting and stewing about it, but sheesh..... she sure was horrible.

All the best for your rapport with your new doctor!!!
(hey, it will HAVE to be better, won't it?)

unprofessional conduct

I'd be very concerned about the pain you have been having. Not just because it hurts, but because pain usually indicates something is wrong. I'm suspicious. Why did this doctor want to get rid of you as a patient and why did she insinuate your pain is all in your mind? <Admin. snip - guidelines ask that members not post about lawsuits.>I'd see another doctor, maybe two. <Admin. snip> At least register a complaint. No one deserves to be treated so disrespectfully.

Oh (((Kelli)))
I'm so sorry you had to endure such rude treatment from that Dr *sigh* Glad you have another Dr & he/she can get you some answers & relief to your pain with intercourse

Like ((Denise)), I find a lubricant can be of great help, my personal fav is Astro-glide

I also wanted to share some links, to our awesome Resources Directory, that contain some excellent info on various issues that can occur Post-Hyst for a variety of reasons! Hopefully, it will hold some insight into what can be going on that you can maybe discuss w3ith your Dr also at your upcoming appt:

Road Less Traveled - Health Complications

Hormone Resources

This one discusses a specific product but has some good info into the issue of dryness & the issues it can cause...

About Vagifem: For the treatment of vaginal dryness and pain associated with menopause

Good Luck with everything!! Pls keep us posted on how things are going & hopefully, you can find some relief soon
