well I think it's been a month.....

Yeah, I get that migraine aura eye thing. Just wanted to chime in that vertigo is one of the standard symptoms of menopause listed in the Kupperman Index. It's best to have it checked out, but I bet your instinct is right, gidge.

well I think it's been a month.....

Hey Trish! Good to hear from you, long time no talk to

Yeah I'm betting on the hormone thing but will definitely bring it up with the doc......I know even when we were trying to get me hormonally stable right after the hyst we had to give me some weird medication for inner ear vertigo because I was so dizzy this is more like my body falling over as opposed to dizziness in my head if that makes any sense

well I think it's been a month.....

You've got lots of sage experience sharing and knowledge sharing from the sisters here. Just wanted to add a once-cent personal experience in case it might adds any insight at all for you. You asked for hormonal experiences. For me personally, I noticed progesterone made the difference in balance. I was having a hard time with it too before starting on it, and now am very coordinated since using it. I'm not sure if it's the progesterone or if it's being converted to testosterone, but I did notice a significant improvement. So it was balance, then no balance, and now balance found again with this addition of the hormone. Dizziness - had a bunch of it, and spot-seeing. The symptoms lasted about a month. Just kind of gave up on it thinking it will just have to be one of those things. Was diagnosed with a bladder infection - I noticed you said you have symptoms of IC. After I was treated for 10 days with antibiotics, my dizziness disappeared and has yet to reappear.

Take care and lotsa hugs to you.

Glad you're feeling relatively better these days.
