I feel like crap .... sorry

Hi everyone-

I need to vent to maybe someone who understands....

The past few days I have felt AWFUL

fatique
MUST take naps
some mood swings
some hot flashes
panic attacks and aniexty

My surgery is NOT until next Monday (16th) and OMG I dont know if I can wait that long.
I hate feeling like this- the most simple things make me soooo tired.
I am not taking anything for hormones (YET).

I am making an appt w/ my gyno this week sometimes to go over a few things b4 surgery and plan on talking to him about how I feel-

I am guessing all these symptoms are fairly normal for someone with a cyst that is about to be removed AND already having symptoms of menopause (?)

Any suggestions ?

Dealing with pain can be exhausting. I didn't keep my ovaries but still deal with exhaustion and problems due to my ongoing pain and belly issues. Stress is a big factor in our health, and of course when you don't feel well that compounds the stress, which makes us feel worse.

Some of they symptoms you list sound like symptoms of a hormone imbalance. Have you discussed hormone replacement with your doctor? You'll find some good info in the articles at www.hormonejungle.com

I hope the surgery will bring you some relief.
