Sorry that you've been having some problems. I was dx'd with IC in Jan. I didn't have any UTI's before then or since. It would just feel like I had them.

That's my experience with it; however I've found that everyone seems to be a little different when it comes to IC.

those diagnosed with IC

Hi! I was diagnosed with IC last September. I have not had a UTI since I was very I never really had a problem with them. Like Souixise, I just felt/feel like I have them alot because of the ulcers in my bladder. However, it seems everyone with IC is so different. I see alot of members on the IC support website who do have problems with frequent UTI's. Many of them mention they are on continuous antibiotic therapies which seems to help some of them. I hope your urologist visit goes well. Best of luck to you.
