Hi again...I saw my doctor yesterday. She feels thhis nodule is a fibrocystic changes. I'm getting an ultrasound to confirm it is fibrocystic this week. My doctor did say I was at a much higher risk for getting breast cancer because of my hx of OvCa. Thanks for all your well wishes. You all are great.
Bertha

PS I wanted to share with you in Pittsburgh this Sunday is the Walk for the Whisper.

Bertha Glad you had an encouraging appt. It is unfortunate that ovarian cancer increases the risk of breast cancer, but I don't think it increases the risk by much and at least frequent check ups will catch
anything early. And also because chemo goes thru the entire body, perhaps it wiped out any cells that may be
trying to grow in any nook or cranny of the body?

This sounds encouraging!

Let's all pray and hope that the ultrasound shows it's fibrocystic and totaly benign. And have a good time Walking for the Whisper, you and Karen. How lucky to have a walk in your area.

Good luck on that ultrasound. I'm hoping for fibrocystic. No more cancer allowed!
