Need Recipe

Hi Ladies,
Does anyone have a low fat recipe for Alaskan Polluck?I'm not a big fish eater but thought I would try something new. A general fish recipe would be good too.

genrally I don't do a lot to fish. Usually just fresh ground pepper, lemon juice or lemon slices, a sprinkle of paprika and grill it. If it's raining all the same ingredients stuffed into a foil pouch.

or since this is a basic white fish,

hand full fresh dill
juice from 1 lemon
dash of olive oil
3-4 teaspoons of dijon
few grinds of black pepper
a clove of garlic minced up

marinate the fish in this for about 15 minutes and then grill (or cook in broiler for a couple minutes each side) ... or I suppose it could be baked in the oven. or umm yeah I guess it could be spread on and stuffed in a foil pouch ... haven't tried that one yet).

I do quite a bit of baking fish. All I do is sprinkle the fish with paprika and seasoned salt and then bake for about 10-12 minutes. It's yummy!

I bought the Cameron Stovetop Smoker. I use alder and recipes from the accompanying book or one I bought with the smoker. The salmon, for example, cooks in about 12 minutes and is as good as a restaurant. I serve with lemon. A nonfat tarter sauce is nonfat sour cream, nonfat mayo, pickle relish and mustard or ingredients to taste. Lowfat fish in the smoker is not as tasty but doable.

I brush my fish with Olive Oil and sprinkle with fresh black pepper and grill, then serve with lemon. If I pan fry it I put a little Olive Oil in the skillet, add the fish with fresh black pepper, sea salt, dill and lemon. I use the same ingredients if I bake it. It always comes out so good. Once in a while I add butter to the skillet, it adds such a good flavor.
