Endometrosis...

pretty new poster on this site. post op 6 wks tomorrow and suffering from unusual pressure around my bladder and vaginal area. have had post op ct scan and ultrasounds with nothing unusual noted. my dr is puzzled by this and put me on antibiot. just in case its an infection that is not showing up in urine tests. if she says she is hesitant to do a scope/lap procedure to look around because of adhesions, am i to assume that there is a alot she didn't get? my situation was severe abdominal pain, it was occuring every 3 mos or so, then in the 1st of july became constant friend. ct scan revealed an orange sized cyst on right ovary. she was optimistic that lap surgery to remove ovaries and cyst was 50% possible. what should have been 1 hr procedure turned out to be abdominal incision 2 1/2 hrs and i had severe adhesions on my bladder, colon and my left side was worse with my left ovary adhesed to my rectum. i've asked her if the detailed severe surgery/disecting could be the cause of continuous pain, she insists this is noot normal. should i be getting a second opinion? i'm worrying because if there is some procedure she should do, i'm ready to go back to work but can't sit upright for long. need to sit back some to relieve pressure. i'm so confused. she didn't say "endo" but I haven't seen the surgery report either. any advise?
