one more day to go and terrified gulp........

here I am back at work and can finally use a computer that will let me on the site, thank god, my home computer just kept kicking me off

the uro only spoke with me briefly but said that I had ALOT of IC and alot of ulcers inside my bladder that they burned off....I see him in another month for follow up and will hopefully learn more then, like will they come back, what do they mean...what to expect long term? Anything I"ve read sort of indicates that once you start getting ulcers from your IC you are at "end stage" of the disease....I would love to hear from anyone who has the same and how they manage it.

I am in pain already and my day has just started but have been up since 5:30 what with shower, commute etc.....if I remain seated I might make it through the day but the spasms and burning have already started .......still not as good as I thought I would be but then again last time I Had this done I didnt' have ulcers.....

any info would be most appreciated and thanks for the hugs keep 'em coming I"ve missed you girls 's!

one more day to go and terrified gulp........

well lunch hour now and I"m in full on pain......oh well put my feet up at lunch take another pain pill and hope for the best......

when I was at the GP on Fri I told him about my left breast hurting so much and he is sending me for another mammogram and ultrasound they thought they saw something a couple years ago but decided it was "non malignant looking" so I guess they're gonna look at it again....it's not until Dec so I don't think they're terribly worried or really booked up!

I've also now lost a total of 20lbs since going off the birth control pill and onto the patch keep it going I say.

well I'm going to heat up my soup and hope the pain goes away soon thanks for the 's!!

thanks Carrie......well the last time I had the hydro done two weeks was good but this time I guess cause of the ulcers it's not the same......I'm just going to do the best I can and hope for it to ease up as the week goes on.

sure would luv to hear from any IC sisters out there that have ulcers.....can't seem to find much info on it and am worried....I read that it can make me predisposed to bladder cancer has anyone else heard this?
