detox? (liver, not drugs)

Has anyone out there done a detox diet or detox supplement program to clear out all the chemicals after surgery? Was it miserable and did it work?

Thanks and I hope all are doing well!

All the anestesia most likely left ur body sometime ago.
The drugs that are used now days really are "short-lived".
I've never tried the detox for pain meds- but, your post caught my eye. I wish you well

Yes, I did, and no it didn't!!
I take a supplement anyway, for my liver, which doesn't work as well as I would like,( my liver, not the supplement!). But took a more potent one for after surgery. Don't relly know how much it helped, as I have nothing to compare it to. But it didn't hurt anything either.
