not doing so good :(

Hello Lynn, I am so sorry to hear about your pain. Hope all gets better. my prayers are with you.

Your pain sounds just like mine. When I begin to ovulate I feel like someone has kicked me and keeping constant pressure on my pelvis which causes the pain to shoot down my right leg. Misserable! My system is also so waky one day constipated and the next loose, although just during this time. it is all part of the three weeks bad one week good.

Frankly I am hoping this pain will be removed with my hysterectomy. When they did the ultrasound they didn't find anything like a cyst!

Maybe there is someone out there who has these symptoms that could help.

hugs, Saleena

LynnMaryVL:

I just had a wild thought fly into my head...could it be lack of potassium?

My mom had a bad back, and was in pain alot. She used to get those pains up and down her leg and into her back. She would eat a couple of bananas and feel alot better...

Just a wild thought...I haven't thought about that for years...simplistic, I know, but there you have it.

I hope you feel better soon, Sweetie.

I am getting enough vitamins & minerals - I take supplements too. I have lots of food allergies (bananas included) so I have always used supplements to make sure I get enough necessary nutrients.

My doctor thinks the pain that radiates down my leg and into my back is from the adhesions - the hope is that if the adhesions can be loosened up they will not interfere with the nerves and will not constrict the bowels.

Today when I got up I felt like I had gotten run over by a truck. Ugh...

I'm going to try to be positive and give the pelvic therapy a chance - hopefully the discomfort of the therapy will be worth it.

Again, thanks for all the great thoughts and suggestions.

Lynn - what about a good gastro? Your symptoms are familar to me and once I got my hands on a good gastro - life, bladder and all felt much better. Everything in there is so close and relates to the other...amazing.

I pray and meditate several times a day. I believe prayer is powerful. I have also had the elders of my church annoint me and pray over me. (James 5:14). I pray for healing daily. I am hopeful.

When I had the pelvic massage it was uncomfortable when she was deeply massaging the area where the adhesions appear to be the worst. I was quite sore the day fter the session. I am willing to try this for a few weeks to see if there is any improvement.

(((Ladies)))
Thank you for all your thoughts and suggestions.
