HAVE A QUESTION NEED AN ANSWER

Hi Roseanne, I don't know too much about Lupron--only what I've read on these message boards. Why don't you just call the Emergency Room and ask to speak to a nurse or to the doctor on call? It may save you much needless worry it it turns out to be nothing. {{Roseanne}}

HAVE A QUESTION NEED AN ANSWER

Hi Roseanne, please do call the ER or your doctor's emergency doctor-on-call. I had the same problem and called my doc's after-hours number.

HAVE A QUESTION NEED AN ANSWER

I had 3 Lupron shots (each one month apart) to prepare for endometrial ablation. I had been bleeding for 8 months and we had already tried estrogen (pills) and Provera (pills and shots). It took 3 months before the bleeding finally stopped and then I had a few hotflashes, so we knew I was in menopause (of course it was only temporary). I had the ablation and the biopsy showed adenomyosis. The bleeding started again less than 3 months later. I guess what I'm saying is that Lupron doesn't necesarilly put you immediately into menopause...I wouldn't be too concerned about the bleeding, but it sure doesn't hurt to call and ask the Dr. what he thinks....good luck with your surgery!!
