My thoughts and prayers are with you! ct-scans in themselves are no big deal, painless and doesnt take to long. Hope you can hold your breathe for 30 seconds, it was difficult for me LOL.

Good Luck Nightengale!

God Bless!

I am like Tasha, the hardest part of a CT-Scan is holding your breath while they take the pictures. I had one done on my bladder, and the only pain was when they put in a IV.

Good Luck...

Sending lots of Hugs your way!

I will be thinking of you. I had 2 CT scans within a couple of weeks and although non-invasive as they say I just didn't like them. So, when you are done with the test, do something special for yourself to aknowledge that you made it through.

Take good care,

don't be nervous, it is quick and the hardest thing is to hold your breath.

Things went smoothly. The prep was good- Tech said they got good films of everything. No reaction to the IV contrast this time. Got a rash from the band-aid. I think I've developed a tape allergy, had problems with tape after surgery.

So worn out (first major outing since surgery) came home and slept for hours!

Results will be sent to my Dr Monday or Tuesday. That is the scariest part.

What are they looking for with the CT? I hope everything turns out okay when you get the results next week.

I had so much scar tissue when I went to surgery, they could not identify any pelvic organs so were unable to do the surgery. They have no idea if anything is going on but gave me 3 potential diagnosis, 2 involving CA.

I hope your test results come back ok. Don't be too surprise if you have adhesions that they don't show up. The only good way to diagnose them are by lapro.
I will keep you in my prayers and hope they don't find anthing bad.

Keep your chin up. God is with you.
