Who DIDN'T Have Pain After Sex?

Hi, I too was nervous about our first time, which was at 7 weeks post op. I had no pain, and I'm not having any trouble reaching the big 'O' (with methods other than just intercourse, if you know what I mean!)

Both DH and I were very relieved that everything works just as well, if not better than before!

Good luck!

Who DIDN'T Have Pain After Sex?

Hey sisters - no pain! just smiles I too was nervous and scared - yet excited to see if everything felt the same or better! Doctor had cleared me at 6 weeks - but did not do it as I thought I would that night -- just wasn't in the mood! So slow and easy was the first rule! Then when everything was done and done again our verdict - better than before! No pain, no bleeding, and definitely has gotten better over the past few weeks!

Best of luck to you!

Who DIDN'T Have Pain After Sex?

am I ever the one to answer you here!

OMG I was TERRIFIED to have sex!! Had surgery on 6/21 and waiting til the end of November (yes, good grief!!! I waited 5 MONTHS)

But, guess what? NO PAIN! NO BLEEDING! Better than ever!!!!

Now, we can't get enough of each other

Everyone does heal different - so don't assume just because someone else had this problem or that situation that you will too!

Who DIDN'T Have Pain After Sex?

Was cleared for sex at 6 weeks. Gave it a whirl. No pain, but my still growing in hair was too scratchy. I was nervous, too, so no O. No discharge or bleeding or anything I feared. (That was last night, by the way)

Today, however, it's swelly belly city and I hurt so much I think I'm gonna need that one pain pill I saved tonight. It was the hip motions that did it. So maybe next time I'll stay on the bottom!

Who DIDN'T Have Pain After Sex?

I was cleared just prior to 6 weeks and we had sex two days prior to my being released.
It was just a little tender in spots, but no pain at all and none to date.

I'm one of the fortunate ones who never had painful intercourse before the surgery, so I was a bit concerned it might hurt afterwards.
The only "hurt" is learning to use those muscles all over again and getting them back into shape. *wink*
