I'm 0 for 2

Before the surgery we had one last frolick, but I was too nervous to -- er -- fully enjoy it.

I was released to do everything two days ago and last night my BF returned from his business trip. Now I was too nervous again for full enjoyment. At least he was also ill-equipped, so to speak, for complete satisfaction, since he'd been up -- I mean awake for 21 hours straight.

It did not hurt at the time, but the scratchy, still not grown back in brillo-pad hair of mine was no help at all. A major distraction for sure.

I hurt now. Swelly belly, tender ab, feels itchy on the inside, too (the inside of my ab, not my vagina.)

Oh well, he leaves for another business trip today, so I'll get another week to heal before we try, try again. Do you think I should, um, practice while he's away?

Well... It's up to you. Maybe if you ~ahem~ practice while your BF is gone, it will give you more confidence when you are together. At least if you know you can have an orgasm, it's one less emotional pressure. And, maybe you will find that it is different or takes longer.

My DH and I haven't tried yet, so I feel a bit nervous. He's already said he's concerned about hurting me--and I don't want him to be anxious, but until we try, I won't know that part of it.

Best wishes to you--it's a pretty enjoyable part of life, so I hope all goes well!

P.S. My DH and I planned to have a last go-round before surgery, but missed out because my period came like a week early.
