feeling a little better

Hello. I had my hyst on the 2nd, and I'm starting to feel a little better now. Still in a lot of pain and wanting to do everything I did before, just can't sit back and enjoy the ride! Just thought I'd update everyone of how I am doing. Had an abdominal hyst, removed uterus, tubes, 90% of cervix. Now, I'm just waiting to heal and get back to normal!

Hi Robin,

Glad to hear that your stay at the castle went well! You will get better day by day as long as you obey all the rules. Resting is very important. You will get soooo bored but hang in there. In two weeks, you will be able to drive and get out for awhile. I am almost at my three week mark (on Thursday) and I am still so tired. I start out strong in the a.m. and then I am pretty pooped by the p.m. Keep us posted!!

Glad to hear you are home and feel well. Do not do anything you will regret later, and trust me, you will regret it. No housecleaning, washing laundry, doing dishes etc. REst, naps, water and walks should be theonly thing you do for a few weeks. Just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are fine.
