5 months and lower stomach pain when waking?

I was wondering if anyone else has lower stomach pain after 5 months. I wake up with a little pain in my lower stomach but after I go to the bathroom and pee it slowly eases up. Anyone else?

5 months and lower stomach pain when waking?

Good Morning! This was so weird, I am 5 months yesterday, and have had an unusually difficult week with similar discomfort in my lower abdomen, especially in the early a.m. and then again at night. No answers for you, other than we are still recovering. My doctor said to give it at least 6 months to be back to "normal" . . .some days I find I do really great and then I catch myself trying to do too much and the pain returns, not severe, just a dull reminder that I had major surgery. I also think our bladders are weaker and also healing through this process so when we have to pee there is some discomfort at first. Hopefully nothing serious, just part of the recovery process. Helps to know you aren't alone with some of these symptoms. Hope you feel better. Have a great holiday season.

From your description of it , it sounds like bladder pain from your bladder being too full. You are still healing on the inside for 6-12 months, but I would let your doc know about this since this is new for you.
