Hard incision??

One more question guys......I've noticed that when I touch my incision Or scar now, that on the ends it is very hard underneath it. Is this normal or did I mess something up. I notice it mainly on my left side where I feel a lot of the pulling and tugging feeling??? I did take a little fall this past Saturday and just wanted to see if this feeling is normal or if I messed something up??

Hard incision??

I have it across my whole scare, actually mine is above some and I just called the dr and left a message, I don't want to have over active scare tissue growth. So if your is just in the corners I would think your ok.

Hard incision??

It's normal to feel a hard ridge under your incision for several weeks. It's actually a good sign that your incision is healing. Just watch for signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, pain, or heat.

I remember when I had my surgery, I compared that ridge to an ice skate blade under the skin. It should go away within a few weeks.
