Recovering Slowly

Hello

I had my surgery last Tues 12/07/04 to remove my right ovary and adhesion.
My Dr said I was a mess inside the mass that was discover after my hys surgery last year was intangle with my ovary and bowel.
He said bowel so mess up he wonder how I even had one.
I also had a lot of scar tissue. This past Mon 12/13/04 removed the staples and he ask about what homo should I try. He told they had me on the patch during the surgery and they remove afterwards. I guess that explain the night sweats that I went that night, so far I feel fine except for the pain. I go back the first of the year talk about a homo's. I still have another surgery on friday on my hand to remove the cysts and tendons ect.

Sounds like you went through heck last week. Scar tissue and adhesions are the same thing by the way. I am all too familiar with that. Did you have an open or lap surgery? If your pain is still pretty bad, I would suggest calling your doc if it is not much better than last week, especially if you had a lap.

The dr reopen my previous cut and I think it was a lap, since I got to have surgery on my hand on friday, no pain meds until after. My trusted heating pad and my big oversize pillow has been a blessing. I don't do too much except walk around the house (bedroom to bathroom and sofa)

Thanks for asking

I looked at your hyst history and realized you had an open surgery, sorry I forgot to look.
If you are having pain, you need to be seen.
