I had a laparoscopy assisted vaginal BSO 5 1/2 weeks ago. I am having leg pain and pelvic pain. I also have an incision infection that I am being treated for. I am still very ill feeling. Has anyone else had these problems?? I feel like I should be ready to go back to work and live. I really don't mean to sound depressed, but, I guess I am, not used to that either. If anyone has had these problems, I would really like to hear from you, your experience, and what you and your doctor did to help.
Thank you all.

Are you on antibiotics? Could they be causing you to feel ill? After my most recent surgery, I developed a hematoma and the Dr. put me antibiotics. I felt quite sick for two weeks until I wondered if it was one of the antibiotics. The Dr. really didn't think that antibiotic would make me feel that bad but she listened and changed meds. I began to feel human again though I was still very tired but at least I didn't feel sick.

Hang in there--hope you're feeling better soon.
