Anyone Feeling Tired All The Time??

SunDiva,
Oh my, I got tired just reading about your day!! It is very possible you are doing too much by sticking 48 hours into 1 day!! You may have to cut out something, even a couple days a week. I am wondering how in heavens name you do it all!! I get out of bed at 7, make coffee, get my kid to school and am pooped out!! I putter around the house, cleaning, stuff like that, and by 8 PM am ready for bed. I do not go to bed till 10 but am resting....

As for the coffee, try decaf if you just cannot live without that cuppa. Or have a cup at 3 in the afternoon, for that pickmeup! My doctor suggested one cup in the early afternoon to get that 'buzz' as he calls it to finish my day. It seems to be working so far. I do not do it every day but I can usually tell when I need it. It would be those days when I want to lay down but have work to do!!

Hugs
Kat

PS, oh yeah, the tummy bulge, buy a girdle. It works!!!! rofl

Anyone Feeling Tired All The Time??

Sometimes this site just answers my questions before I ask them. Yesterday was my first day out post op, and we went to a holiday craft fair for about an hour, and I came home and slept for 2!!!

Then last night we went to some friend's house for about 5 hours, most of the time I was sprawled on their couch or recliner, and I'm spending the day in bed today!!!

You ladies are the best!!
