Thank you Dany,
ever since that incident I have gone every day and I have my fiber to take and I have increased my water as well...feel like I am floating half the time..LOL
The constipation is bad enough but with this rectocele, it is a different ball game! AS long as I can get myself to go everyday, I think I should be okay for now.

Panda - I'd like to know the name of that herbal tea, too. I have been having a similar problem. If I miss one day, I feel as if my bowel has sunk down. I had one day last week where I couldn't sit because it felt like the stuff was coming out my perineum area. Also, if I feel up the vagina, it feels like a little ball jutting through from the rectum. I can push it back, but it doesn't help me go. And I sort of felt like that this morning, because I didn't go yesterday. But I ended up going twice already, once after breakfast and once after lunch and walking. That's a first. Probably because I took 4 sennakot tablets last night out of fear, and I've been taking ground flax seed as well, and colace before that. Last week I took milk of magnesia to get it out of me. It was a horrible experience. Maybe the herbal tea will be better. Thanks for everyone's help, concern, and support on this site, and I hope everyone's new year is better!
