Does anyone else have numbness near their incision?

i am numb too, but its very much like when I had my c-sections, so I wasn't worried about it. my dr did mention, though, that sometimes it takes up to a YEAR before all the feeling comes back, if it does ALL come back, and not to worry about it,:-)

It is normal. Someties the feeling comes back, sometimes not. It is really too early for you to worry. I have had so many darn surgeries almost the whole area from under my belly button to just below my pubic line is numb.
Take care,
Carrie

My surgery was almost 9 months ago. I'm still a bit numb, but most of the feeling has returned.

I am in the league of numb bellied survivors too. My doc says numbness around the incision area is totally normal. It will take some time, but most of the sensations should come back.

Don't worry, this is normal.
