How are DH's handling "no sex"???

I've "talked" mine through it when I'm too tired or uncomfortable to help him out.
He LOVES it. Says it's very hot.

How are DH's handling "no sex"???

He waited very nicely the whole 6 weeks (and then some because he was away on business.) I don't put out much anyway, so he's already used to it.

I didn't much care for it at 6 weeks. Made him wait for 4 more. He started wondering if maybe I no longer found him attractive, or maybe I liked women now. Somehow I couldn't articulate my feelings.

Gave it one more try and I cried so hard during I think he finally understood how scared I was that it would hurt, or worse, that nothing would work anymore. I think I finally understood, too.

How are DH's handling "no sex"???

my DH is very patient and can take things into his own hands, since I gave him permission. He is counting down the 6 weeks time frame, but he wants us both to enjoy it when it finally happens. As much as i was bleeding and held him off prior to this, he realizes this is a short time to wait. I love my honey and we will celebrate 6 years together in March....he doesn't know yet how good it can really get, since i had a lot of pain durig intercourse prior to this. ldldbe

Hubby is doing fine without "jiggy". We didn't do much of that before all this anyways.

He does joke around with me though, trying to make light of this whole situation..

He'll say..."Well, your mouth or your hands are still working, aren't they?" I KNOW...a lot of you sisters would find that very insensitive. But you have to be here to witnesss the smirk on his face when he says it! It really is hilarious and it gives me a good giggle when I am feeling down!

He'll also come up to me when I am lying on the couch, stick his hips in towards my face and says..."Is there anything else you NEED, honey?"

He is a funny guy...it is all done in fun. He is such a great, generous and loving man with a great sense of humor! And I get such a good laugh out of him being such a dork!

Hope you got a giggle out of it too!

Happy healing!

Hugs,
Sarah

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Oh my soul, my husband is the same way..."Have ya seen my washcloth honey?" I love that one too.

My husband is a nut..which I guess they all have to be to put up with us!
We should count ourselves blessed to have men who understand and love us so much to help us laugh at something they practically covet.....sex.

I love my husband , but men and women are from two totally different molds!!!

How are DH's handling "no sex"???

in a little conversation about this the other day i suddenly realised that my dh had said 'blah blah blah....26 weeks blah blah'! I stopped him , said ' say that again honey'? ....." .....26 weeks....." at which point I held my stitches , laughed and said ' you twit it's 6 weeks, not 26!".
Bless his l'il heart! Given that he is a pretty physical bloke the fact that he was resigned to 26 weeks and not moaning once was sooooo sweet . You should have seen the look of relief on his fact tho!

Mine is being patient and I try to take care of him in "other ways" but I can tell he's chomping at the bit. He asked me the other day if after the surgery I was a virgin again because everything is differently arranged !

Boy I bet your DH was relieved. Maybe I should have told mine 26 weeks, LOL 26 weeks!! Thats a hoot!!

On the days my DH is off work, he always says ........ "Hey, wanna come take a nap with me." yeah right like he wants to sleep. He says I am his sleeping pill .............. hum..
