Today, I had a followup appt. with my mental health worker that I started seeing before the op and before our dear hystersisters.

I didnt do anything. I didnt even drive. Just walked to car, in building(notfar) and into her office. ect.

I started having more discharge. The longer I sat(nice chairs) the more I hurt. Not just my rear, but my stomach too. I even let go If you know what I mean. She didnt say anything. Shes so nice.

Anyway, when I got home I could hardly walk. I told the kids to get this or that for me and I went straight to the couch with my meds in one hand and the heating pad in the other.

Also, Since she is a mental health worker and probably deals with other people like us I gave her & the doc our web site info.

One of the most awesome ideas I had today, is that in GrandRapids, I dont know about all of MI. We have 1st call for help and they sometimes publish special books, like resource guides for different agentcies and stuff. Anyway, I talked to a lady there today and as we were talking she pulled up our web site and was very excited to check it out and poss. put it into use. I hope that was ok.

You need to call your doctor to find out why you're having such pain. S/he may want to see you. Don't put it off as it could be something that needs attention.

It is now in the afternoon, and Im feeling a little better. Just tired(physically). I took some gas x when I got home and thats better. The discharge has slowed, still brown. And the heating pad helped too. I think soon, I will take a nap.

You said your pain was so bad you could hardly walk. Call your doctor anyway, even though you are feeling better. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
