home from the hospital!!!

Hey sisters I am home from the hospital. I am doing ok. I had a total laproscopic hyst. The pain has been pretty bad. I was shocked to find out that my doctor did not send me home with pain killers-over the counter was suppose to work-WHATEVER!!!! Just luckly my family is good friends with a pharmicist. Surgery day began with the possibilty of not having it done. My heart rate kept skipping a beat and my blood pressure was low. But surgery went on a scheduled. After one day in the hospital I came home. It has been hard, but I have a wonderful family who have helped out.

Thanks for the well wishes and I hope anyone else out there recovering will make it through.

to Post-Op!

I'm glad you're home safe and sound and that your family is very supportive

If the pain becomes intolerable, don't be shy about calling your doctor to request medication. In the meantime, remember your Princess rules...

1) Rest
2) Drink lots of fluids
3) Take short walks as tolerated
4) Let your loved ones continue to pamper you!
