9 weeks post op and fell down a flight of stairs

Sorry you fell, it *****. I went back to work part time at week 2 and then the 4th week I went back full time, had to climb stairs all day and was worried all day that I would fall down them, well I didn't thank god. But, I was on my way out that evening with a co-worker and she asked if I needed help with my bags and I told her no I got it, well we got right outside the door and what did I do, I fell down to my knees, thought oh crap I think my insides are falling out, but they didn't and I was ok accept my knees were bruised for a week. Hopefully the doctor will check it all out and make sure everything is ok.
Take care,
Jeanette you're amazing, back at work at week 2! I couldn't have done it...I was still lying in bed all day.

I hope you haven't damaged yourself either. Your fall sounds like it could have jarred your insides...please check it out and let us know you're alright. You need to take it easy too...I feel week four is still too soon for you to be working. I know we all have to work (out of the home or in it) but we only recover once and alot of us are learning this fact the hard way.

I'm sending you and everyone my love and prayers.
