pushed ahead!

I've now been moved from the 17th to the 13th for the castle. I am looking forward to becoming a princess. Although with the date moved forward I find I have many many things that have yet to be done...I haven't bought my week's worth of 2 sizes larger of undies...I have more I want to clean around the house...and then there's work, I have to wonder if I will ever be set enough to leave work! It has consumed my life for the past 25 yrs, it's hard to leave it for 6 weeks???? I will go nuts! I have a good friend who has put this is clear prespective for me. Wish me lots of luck, you ladies have been marvelous. My nerves have settled enormously since I've been reading your posts!

Hi Karen,

I know it feels as if you have way too much to do in the next week or so, but please try to set aside some time for yourself, too, to do something fun. It'll be awhile before you'll feel like going to a movie, or out to dinner, or shopping.

I found that being away from work didn't bother me nearly as much as I had thought it might. For the first couple of weeks, I was too to care very much, and after that, I found that I enjoyed being home and not being under the stress of my job for awhile. I hope you'll find that to be true for you, too.
