There are a couple of ways---take the patch off before you get in the shower (if it is time to change it) and scrub that area good, but not too hard, then while it is still wet, you can use your fingernail and it should come off very easy.
You can also apply baby oil and use your fingernail.
Sometimes I forget to do this and end up with about 5 circles of adhesive all over my tummy...LOL

Try some fingernail polish, the acetone type, that is what I use, works pretty well when used with a cotton ball, also before using it on your skin, run the bottle under prettywarm water, that stuff is COLD !!!!

I use the Vivelle Dot too, and if you put a little baby oil, or Vaseline on the adhesive before you get in the shower, it will come right off with a little soap. You dont even have to scrub. try it and see if it works for ya.

I have been having issues with getting the adheasive tape off and my RN said to use skin so soft that it will get the adheasive residue right off... Been working like a charm.

Thanks for all your great ideas! I'll try them all and see which one works best for me. I'll be so happy to get all these marks off my body, although it kind of looks like a drunk did a tattoo job on me, kinda funny!!
