What is your favorite Curves machine?
Curves ladies.....what is your favorite machine? I love the ones that work my abs since this is my biggest area of concern. I especailly like the machine that you sort of rock back and forth on it like you are rowing a boat. I could stay on that one all day. What's your fav and why????

What is your favorite Curves machine?
My gym isn't curves,.... but the machines I like best are the ones where I work my legs,
the leg press (where the seat slides back because you push with your legs)
the abductor/adductor (where you have to sit and either squeeze your legs together or apart against a force)
I guess I like them because I feel STRONG when I use them

What is your favorite Curves machine?
Hmmm, this is a hard one. I can easily tell you which one I can't stand. That squat machine is a killer!
But favorite....I think its the machine where you sit, and work your thighs/glutes. What is this one called? I don't know!

What is your favorite Curves machine?
My favorite is the equipment where you hold the bars and kick back one leg at a time. If no one is behind me, I like to do the 30seconds on each leg and then move on. I really feel like i'm doing something on it. Least favorite, squat machine. I had to quit doing it, it was causing me back problems. I just stand on the end of it now and do lifts. sharon

What is your favorite Curves machine?
My favorite is the one for the abs that makes me think of rowing. I try to work my abs so hard, because out of everything, that is my worst area. I can tell that it is working my abs, but my stomach itself almost seems hopeless - but hey, I won't give up.
I accidentally went 4 laps around today because I lost track.
We are hoping to get in the machine that you kick your leg back on. Keep your fingers crossed.
Oh, by the way, today was my 12th visit in 3 weeks. I am so addicted. I have already lost 4 pounds. I can't wait to find out on the inches.
I just want to look better than what I do. I do have a lot fo weight to lose, but hopefully, this will work for me.
Now if I could only figure out what foods on the carb sensitive curves diet I can eat - I am so picky.

What is your favorite Curves machine?
I've only been going for 3 weeks but Love them all, I'm really enjoying it and the time goes so fast!!
I felt an instant dislike for the squat machine but decided to make it a challenge to work harder each time and now when I'm coming up to it I get a new burst of energy, the last time round I give it all I've got, it's not going to get me

What is your favorite Curves machine?
Over the Easter weekend, we got in a new machine that I love more than any other. It is the Lateral Lift. It is for the waist line. Oh my gosh, you can really feel it - it is so awesome.
I wonder how many others have gotten to try this one. I have a friend that told me the Curves she goes to only lets the 100+ losers use that machine. That doesn't make sense to me.

What is your favorite Curves machine?
I really like the pec dec and the one that you sit in with your legs in the holders and squeeze your legs together and then spread them apart (I don't know the name of it but really like it) I don't like the squat machine either but feel like it must really be doing good because it is such a beast! I have been going to Curves since last August and love it.
