I am enjoying hearing from the other 6 month people! I do SLIM in 6 for xercise. I did the most challenging tape yesterday and today ( with modifications and w/out the ab. section). It felt great to finally feel somewhat normal. Now if the libido would start doing and and maybe even I'd be

I had my complete Hyst. On 7/6. I'm feeling good. It has been a gradual recovery with days I have felt great and some days where I have found I have had to go to bed early.
I'm doing lots more than I did before my surgery. I have lost 15lbs. Still need to loose a about 20 more.My libido is much better. although the last time I had sex(three days ago) I bled fresh blood and lately I have had some very light spotting.......anyone else?
My bladder is still a little sensitive, tummy numb and slightly sore. I understand this will all eventually fade away. I do not miss the messy bleeding, clotting, cramping etc...can't compare the two really these little inconviences are nothing. I wish I hadn't waited so long to have it done. I still have a little "ledge" more so on the left side. It also is gradually fading,
I'm so glad that someone asked about us 6 monthers.
I hope we keep in contact with posts like this!

Hey there I had my lavh on July 2004 and have done extrodinarily well.........I was back at work 6 days post (office job) ....I had this phantom pain in my left side before surgery that has seemed to get worse since the surgery but i'm coping with it at least for now.....But I had a sixth sense about lifting stuff heavy this past week when I was moving.......and figured i would err on the side of caution and any who have read my earlier post knows caution is not my fortae........I was on my harley at 4 days post like i said before working early and have done very well but I decided I was going to move to the country and kept having weird feeling that if i lifted any of those boxes or furniture i would regret it not sure what that was all about except it started when i climbed up on a step stool to remove some curtains and got this sharp pulling pain in my stomache that almost doubled me over.....It may have just scared me into not wanting to lift or stretch.I guess our minds can play tricks on us however I think it was a warning form my body............

Hope all is great with you.......
