Green tea

Hi ((Diane)),
I'm sorry to hear of the symptoms your experiencing I am unable to take HRT due to a Blood disorder..things were rough for awhile...sigh.

There is some excellent info here regarding relieving many of the symptoms of Menopause when unable to take HRT. Here are some links from our Resource directory:

Treating Hot Flashes Options to Estrogen:

Women Who Can't Take Hormones:

Here is the link to the section of Resources where I found these:

I have no personal experience with Cancer though and I would strongly urge you to speak with your Oncologist before trying any of the meds, herbs or supplements shared. Some can have the same effect as Estrogen as well as increase the risks...I would just want to be safe

We have a forum here, Cancer Concerns, that is made up of some wonderful, very knowledgeable woman who have been dx'd with various forms of Cancer also. They might be able to give you some info ans/or options for helping relieve these symptoms. Here is that link as well:

Good Luck with everything ((Diane)) I do hope you can find some answers and most of all some relief. Please keep us posted on how things are going.....(((hugs)))
