Had a LAVA Oct 6th and pain where scope entered

Hello Sisters,

I had a LAVA on Oct. 6th and I'm having some pain (comes and goes) in the area where the scope went in on the right side. Ask Dr and was told he did a lot of moving around in that area. Kept my overies and it may be my overy on that side. A co-worker said she experienced some pain after but its been over three months.
Just wondering of anyone else has experienced this.

I too had an LAVH and kept one ovary. I have had some pain on the side where my remaining ovary is. We thought for a while that I might need surgery for a cyst on this ovary, but it shrank. I still am having occasional pain on that side and am just taking a wait and see approach for right now. I am staying in touch with my gyn dr and he approves the wait and see for now. If the pain gets worse or anything, we will consider another surgery.

Hope you feel better,
