4 weeks out and full of energy

I am now 4 weeks out and seem to have a lot of energy. Is this normal. I think that I can do anything. However, if I do, then I find that I get very tired and need to lay down. I am taking it slow, although, it's driving me crazy feeling like I am being lazy around the house. BTW, I do not recommend that anyone scour their bathroom at 4 weeks out, the bending causes some back pain that doesnt seem to go away for the rest of the day.

4 weeks out and full of energy

Hi. Isn't it nice to feel that u have energy. I was a very active person b4 surgery. It killed me to lay around all day and do nothing. I am 6 weeks now and I feel like I have more energy everyday! I did try to do too much at 4 weeks. You are right, just take it slow. I started organizing cupboards (nothing heavy) at 4 weeks. It felt good to be doing something. I like your idea about the bathroom. I cleaned my onsuite bathroom yesturday. Ugh. But I am back into it now, and it feels good. Happy healinq!
