3 weeks out-what are you able to do

I am about 3 1/2 weeks out & still very uncomfortable. In my mind I thought by now I could probably go to the grocery store(I know no lifting or pushing cart) but be able to walk along but I know I could not do it. I was in a small store the other day & could not wait to get to the car, so what is different about that than walking around in the house? I just feel like I want to walk & hold my belly, is it me or am I abnormal????

3 weeks out-what are you able to do

That is completely normal!! I did the same thing around 3 weeks. I wanted to be able to go out and do things. As soon as I did anything, I was miserable. I gave up and planted myself in the recliner until I felt like I could REALLY do something. I can totally relate to feeling like you need to hold your belly while you walk.

I have to say, there was a big turnaround between weeks 4 and 5. Hopefully this will happen for you too. Hang in there!
