6 Weeks Post OP..Pubic bone pain

Hi Gals..
It's been a while since I have been here...but I hope everyone is well. I am doing really well! I went back to work FT at 5 weeks..and besides being a little tired..things are ok. I am having some weird pain in my pubic bone region. It occurs when I go to sit down. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I was just curious. Other than that..things are well..it's a PLEASURE to not have my period anymore or the pain for that matter. Take care..

6 Weeks Post OP..Pubic bone pain

Sorry you are having this pain. I had a bladder infection that made my pubic bone area ache. I think if it doesn't feel better real soon, you might have the dr check you.

Hopefully you just are more active and pulled some tender muscles or tissues.

Pubic pain

I am 8 wks post op today and I also have had pains in the pubic area. It comes and goes. I did not ask the dr about it at my post op visit because it not that bad and I forgot about it. I use the heating pad everyday anyway on my incision because I still have soreness there. The doctor said in a nice way it could be because I have a larger stomach. She tried to be nice but I know I have a big stomach. She advised me to use my binder for support and that should help it. Hope you are feeling even better sooner.

Hi -- I'm 9 months post-op and take a peek on the board every now and then. I had similar problems with the wierd pain in the pubic bone and other areas.....it goes away. At 5 or 6 weeks, you are still getting over the surgery......you'll be fine soon. I am!!!!!!!!! Good luck.......it will be the best thing you ever did.
