Just a note to say glad you are home now. You feel better somehow just being in your own surroundings. Take it easy.

welcome home

back home! Isn't it great to have kitties to cuddle up with? They like to sleep a lot too, think of little heating pads!

I see you are also a Crown Jewel, be sure to journal lots when you feel like it-it really helped me to get my thoughts and feelings and recovery down on paper in the post op time.

I think it is wonderful you have a friend to help you out-it is also nice to have company so you don't feel so alone during the initial recovery.

I'm home

Hello! I was soo glad to be home! My own things, my own toilet!!!
Take it real slow and easy! Drink lots of water ( I couldn't get enough orange Gatorade!) and remember, it is very important to not stay in bed all day---making short walks through your house will get circulation going, and that helps with healing, constipation, and general outlook! Plus it will let your children know that you are getting better! Mine were so happy to see me dressed (actually I was hiding the cath under my skirts!)
"There's no place like home!"
Aches and questions and revelations will come now that you're home, let us know how you are!
Love, Ladybug
