Estrogen Levels

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how much estrogen we are supposed to have show up in our blood tests? The only number my doctor gave me was a final number of 138. I'm trying to figure out what the low and high levels would be. His nurse said not to worry about it, but I am just curious. Thanks for any info you can get for me.

Estrogen Levels

Hi Lee,

I have no idea if the patch affects the liver profile or not. My estrogen is 2.5 mg. Ogen. In May or June my doctor plans to do a liver profile. As for how much estrogen we are supposed to have in our blood tests, no answer yet.

Estrogen Levels

Women are considered to be in menopause when their estradiol serum level is less than 50 pg/ml. When it's this level, women tend to experience anxiousness and depression. If the levels are greater than 150 pg/ml, then anxiety and irritability could occur. Postmenopausal women tend to feel better when the levels are between 50 and 150. These levels are close to premenopausal women's levels.
