Hi Everyone

Just to let you know, I am off on a short 5 day break and then when I come back I go back to work.

This site has been a great comfort over the last few months (where has the last 3 months gone) and I appreciated everything I have read and had replies to.

I hope everyone has an excellent recovery and things go well over the coming years.

You have my best wishes, and wish you good luck.

I will pop in from time to time, but I expect I will be worn out for the first few weeks when I start work and collapse in an easy chair when I get home

But This is just to say....
Thank You xx
And as Arnie used to say

I'll be back

Dear Welshlady,

Just wanted to wish you the best as you return back to work. You are wise to plan to rest when you get home. We hope it goes well for you and you feel good. Remember there is still healing going on and to take care of yourself. We will look forward to hearing how it goes.

's, Rita

hi welshlady, I am pleased that you are able to return to normal life now, I won't be long in that respect myself now. Hope everything goes well for you, let us all know how you get on. Did you get a phased return to work, less hours or days to begin with or are you biting the bullit and going for your normal hours. I shall be requesting a phased return and an agreement on how much I can lift for the first month. Good luck!!! take it easy!!

phased I hope

I am having a phased return to work, light duties and no lifting.

I shall be working 37 hours but only actually working part time, if that makes sense.

I will hopefully be signed off on monday to return back to work, I am saying hopefully, as my doctor may not let me, but I am hoping he will.

I enjoyed my 5 day break and have now built up my energy levels, wether or not it will help when I go back to work I dont know but its a start.

Good luck to you too celtic lady, take things easy and a day at a time.

Wil post a message how i am getting along,

Take care
