Overwhelmed

I know how you feel. I was like that when I had my son but I do not wish to return this time. I never got any peace to goto the loo. Was glad to be left alone when I got home.

I am more self sufficient than I was many years ago, so have plenty to keep myself occupied. The net is also a lifesaver these days when you are bed/house bound.

What I have noticed this weekend, also at 5 weeks, my pain is lessening and getting more tired and grouchy. I feel overwhelmed by work that needs doing, I too ill/tired to do it but it's getting on my nerves.

I want to run away and be pampered by others, leaving the house, that has become a workplace, for a break.

Angie! I'm so glad to see your post. I was just thinking of you (and your robe) last night. I'd planned to look up this thread today and ask how you are doing.

Remember, just because the robe doesn't carry the smell, you still carry the memories. When you get stressed you can close your eyes for a minute, take a deep breath, and remember the happy place. Then open your eyes... if you don't you may miss out on the next happy place in life. Life is an ongoing adventure and we all just need to keep moving forward.

I agree with what was said about the meds. I'm glad you see the need and have at least started back on the St. Johns Wort but don't be shy about talking to the doc if you feel you need more help.

Hang in there, girlfriend.
