Bone Scan Results already in

Hi to all

Had my bone scan this a.m. and at 4:00 my GP called and said the results were "unremarkable". I was so grateful for the results and the especially quick response from my GP.

I go back to the GP this Thursday to start over figuring out this shoulder and arm pain. Maybe arthritis ???? I'm just so happy that there is no metasisis.

Hope everyone is doing well.......

Good News

Hopefully it is arthritis and can be treated. Or just old age aches and pains (which I have--old age being a term to be used liberally6 and with a twinkle). Now let's get that pain under control.

Hooray for you, Basket! I love that word, "unremarkable". But they should notice that it's an ambiguous word, and find something better, like, "no evidence of disease" or "perfectly lovely and free of anything that could begin with c".

Yeah (((Lori))) - what great news! I hope your doctor finds the reason for the shoulder and arm pain so you can get relief from that too.

Thank heavens! What a relief for you and the rest of us.

Five years ago I had a bout with some nasty neck and arm pain. For a couple of weeks I had to pick up my right arm with my left just to put the key in the ignition. Fancy doctors, a MRI, an unpleasant nerve test found nothing.

A few years later I was getting a massage and yakking about the neck/arm problem. The therapist asked if perhaps I'd had been working on a project that involved leaning over. YES! I'd also been carrying a heavy bag around at that time.

Any chance it could be something like that?

One way or another, I hope you recover completely real soon.

I'd go for "unremarkable" any day!

Congratulations, Lori! So happy for the good news.

Now, let's hope that you can get some relief from that pain.

Best,
