Valentines "o"? anyone?

Good morning to all my fellow sisters. What a beautiful day this is.
I am one month post-op and lastnight was the first nite DH and I resumed back to our lives.I had been given the okay to have sex on the 11TH,But I wanted to wait and make it really special.
First we went out to a great sushi bar and had a very romantic dinner.Afterwards we came home, got in bed and just started talking, giggling, playing around etc.... I have read on here that if you just kinda ease into IT things seem to go smoother. And boy were you girls right.
Things were tense at first,I am having a problem in the lube department. But Dh was very loving and compassionate. It was like we were 22 again!!!
It was such a wonderful experience for us both.I didn't have to worry about the pain that used to come afterwards before I had my hysterectomy.Ladies I can honestly that I feel like a new woman today!!!I think the Dr might have even threw in a few extra stitches.
There was only one thing...I was hoping that it would be much needed sleeping medicine, but it wasn't.I was still up til 3:30.This insomnia issue is driving me bonkers!!!!
Have a great day ladies...

Good for you!!! My hubby has been asking me when can we. I've been bleeding non-stop since Oct-04, so nothing's been going on in that department!!! Happy for you & Hubby!!

I noticed you live in the town my sister in-law lives, and I just found out her doctor wants her to have a hyst and she's not going for it, to scared. I told my Bro in-law to have her call me. If she does, I will tell her about this site, and ask her to PM you if she has any questions. She might feel comfortable corresponding with someone in her own town and proberly the same hospital she would be in. Is that ok with you????

Thanks Angie
