ultrasound

Back in Dec20 I had a ultrasound showed a complex cyst 2cm. Two weeks ago they did a lap. and there was no cyst. Yesterday I had a ultrasound pelvic and vaginal and same ovary is showing now a complex cyst size is 2.2x2.4 something like that. But i dont understand, just two weeks ago they say there was no cyst, but he did see a vaginal nodule, and that is why they did the ultrasound yesterday, the nodule 2 of them was small she didn't say much about the nodules. I am confused, Has anyone had complex cyst coming and going, I know it is common with folicule cyst but i didn't know it was that with complex. It is also bigger then the last one, can they come and go. Everyone thinks I should get a second opinion, I don't know what to do.

ultrasound

(((Shel)))) this does sound very confusing Since I've only had one experience with a cyst, several years back, and it burst, I have very little knowledge in this area. However, I'm wondering if the "cyst" they are seeing during the ultrasound could be the nodules your doctor found during your lap
