hot flashes, that wont go away.
Today my DD has prescribed premarin 0.625. Just took my first dose. PLease someone tell me when will I start noticing changes, for the better. I cant even focuss right.

Although I am not on the same form of estrogen (I'm on the Climara patch), I noticed a change for the better within a few days. Of course we are all different, so I'm sure you will get different answers, but I just wanted to give you some hope.

I started on premarin .625 on a Friday and was hot flash free by Tuesday. I was taken off of it due to leg aches, that was last Friday, and I am still hot flash free. I am now taking premarin .3 every other day to keep the hot flashes at bay and hopefully keep away the leg aches. I was also just like you, my TAH was a year ago (2/17) and in December the hot flashes started real bad. Except for the leg aches the premarin definately made me feel better. Hope this helps.
